Hi, my name is Andrew Kinney. I am an attorney with Hoglund Law firm, and practice Social Security Disability law. When applying for disability benefits, one of the most important decisions that you can make is who you hire for help with your claim. There are licensed attorneys that you can hire, and also non-attorney representative firms or advocates. When making the decision who to help you, keep in mind there are normally fees involved. Hoglund Law charges only a quarter of back-pay if approved, up to a maximum of $6,000. Some other firms charge that way, but some may also charge by the hour in what is called a fee petition. Look carefully at the documents that you sign, as you may end up paying more than you get in back-pay.
At Hoglund Law, we do not charge for out of pocket expenses, such as medical records. Many other firms may charge their clients up front for medical records. That is not how we do things here at Hoglund Law.
So here is our Hoglund Law promise: We will always be a law firm with licensed attorneys. We will always give you legal advice from practicing lawyers. We will always have lawyers representing you in front of a federal judge during a social security hearing. Finally, we will never charge for out of pocket expenses. You have our promise. If you have further questions you can call the number below or visit our website at HoglundLaw.com. Thank you.
