Social Security Disability
Lyndsey M. Sharpe
Attorney Sharpe strives to help individuals, that have become unable to work due to mental or physical disabilities, get the benefits from Social Security Disability that they are entitled. While she has handled thousands of cases as both a law clerk and an attorney over the last 10 years and has appeared in front of over 200 Administrative Law Judges, Lyndsey overall believes that helping and providing piece of mind to her clients in their time of need is the most important and rewarding part of her job. Attorney Sharpe treats each of her cases with the utmost care and consideration, however, she also uses her humor and down to earth nature to ease her client’s anxieties before a hearing. Afterall, an attorney is a counselor and counseling her clients is her number one priority. Trust that when you’re in Lyndsey’s hands, you have a compassionate, truly caring attorney that is ready to fight for YOU!
Attorney Sharpe began her journey at the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!!!) where she received her bachelor’s degree in history. She decided in her junior year that she wanted to help people and become a lawyer. (Atticus Finch and Matlock may have played a part as well) Wanting to be close to her family for the 4 grueling years of law school, she moved home to Toledo, OH where she obtained her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. During her time in law school she worked as a clerk writing briefs for individuals seeking social security disability benefits and thus began her journey and her love to practice in this area of the law.
For the past 5 years Attorney Sharpe has been proud to call herself a part of the team at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik. A team that truly works tirelessly to help their clients! Please contact Attorney Sharpe with any questions or concerns about a potential or current social security claim. If she doesn’t answer, she is most likely on her boat (AKA her favorite child), doing 800 loads of laundry for the freeloading mini Lyndsey’s or embarking on some strange and unlikely home improvement project that leads to more projecting. At any rate, she will happily return your call promptly!
