Her sustained involvement with professional organizations and recognized client service underscores her status as both a trusted advocate and a respected leader in her field.
Jennifer is a partner in the firm and practices primarily in the areas of Social Security disability law and Criminal Defense. She graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1997 and has been practicing with this firm ever since that time. Beginning her career as a paralegal while simultaneously attending law school, she advanced through the firm—first as an associate attorney and now as a managing partner.
Committed to improving the Social Security system, Jennifer strives to find solutions to persistent procedural challenges by working collaboratively with clients and engaging with the Social Security Administration. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), a prominent organization that supports advocacy, continuing education, and policy input for disability representatives.
Jennifer is also committed to ensuring defendants get proper representation and strives to get good and reasonable results through the court system. She has led Hoglund & Mrozik’s criminal defense team and associate attorneys to establish protocols with clients to make it as easy as possible to navigate the system.
As a managing partner, Jennifer has played a significant role in expanding the firm’s geographic reach across multiple states, establishing it as one of the premier Social Security Disability law firms nationally while preserving a strong network of locally knowledgeable attorneys.
