Bankruptcy Attorney

Mike is an associate attorney with Hoglund Law in the firm’s bankruptcy practice. A lifelong Minnesotan, Mike obtained a bachelor’s degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota before graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2010. He is admitted to practice in the District Court for the State of Minnesota, the United States District Court for the State of Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Following law school, Mike worked at a small litigation law firm in Minneapolis and focused his practice on consumer protection, real estate disputes, and foreclosure defense. While working as a litigator, he successfully represented consumers in litigation before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit. He has also worked at a large financial institution managing real property litigation before centering his practice on bankruptcy.

Outside the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and is an avid baker.
