Craig Kurth

Craig Kurth is an associate bankruptcy attorney with Hoglund Law and focuses on Chapter 7 cases. Craig graduated with a B.S. degree in finance from the University of Minnesota in 2003. He then practiced accounting at a local law firm, where his interest in law was piqued. He decided to go to law school and graduated with his juris doctorate from the University of St. Thomas in 2007.

Before coming to Hoglund Law, Craig was corporate counsel at a technology start-up where he focused on negotiating contracts with customers and obtaining visas for employees. His efforts helped the company grow from a small local start-up to a multinational company with more than 100 employees worldwide.

Craig understands that it can be daunting to deal with high levels of debt, and that the decision to file bankruptcy is not an easy one. He takes pride in guiding clients through the bankruptcy process to make it as simple and pain free as possible. He helps clients find relief from crushing debt and end the anxiety and frustration around their finances so they can get a fresh start.

In his personal time, Craig enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and trekking. He has summited mountains on four continents, including Mt. Kenya and Mt. Kinabalu.
