Chip has been with the firm since February 2020 and practices exclusively in the area of bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota District Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Chip completed his undergrad studies at Texas State University, where he graduated with a degree in Public Administration. Following his time in Austin Texas, Chip graduated law school at the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina. He was recognized for completing the most pro bono hours worked while attending law school, a total of 1,008 hours.
A Colorado native, and new to Minnesota, Chip has always focused on advocacy and social justice. Here at Hoglund, Chip is able to help clients who have found themselves in precarious financial situations. Chip has a diverse practice area background, which has given him the skillset to successfully advocate and represent Hoglund Law clients. Practicing bankruptcy law gives Chip the opportunity to work with clients who are searching for answers and looking to Hoglund for relief from their difficult financial circumstances. Chip’s primary role at Hoglund, is working with clients during their Chapter 7 bankruptcies, representing clients during their bankruptcy 341 hearings, as well as handling Fair Credit Reporting Act cases.
When he is not practicing law, Chip enjoys the outdoors, all Colorado sports teams, Crystal Palace F.C., collecting vinyl, and attending shows.
